Tae Kwon Doo:

This program is taught by Red Dragon Karate at the YMCA twice a week on Tuesday & Thursday from 5:00 to 6:00pm. The cost is $30 for members and $45 for non-members per month.

Gymnastics:

Gymnastics is held on Mondays in 8 week sessions from 4:00 to 4:45pm for Levels I & II (Beginners) and from 5:00 to 5:45pm for Levels III & IV (Intermediate). This program is for all age groups starting at age 3. The cost per session is $25 for members and $50 for non-members. These programs will resume this fall.

Gym & Swim:

The gym & swim program is held on Wednesdays in 8 week sessions from 4:30 to 5:30pm for children in grades K-4th. The program consists of 1/2 hour of gym games & 1/2 hour of swim games. The cost per session is $25 for members and $50 for non-members. These programs will resume this fall.

GoGirlGo!:

GoGirlGo is now for 3rd-6th grades . The program meets once a week, day/time to be announced (TBA) Space is limited to 15 girls per session. The program is designed to have the girls participate in different sports from basketball and soccer to softball and track & field. They also receive nutritional lessons and life lessons that are designed through the national GoGirlGo! Program. The cost is $25 for members and $50 for non-members.

Tumble & Cheer:

This program is held on Sundays in 8 week sessions from 1:00 to 1:45 for ages 3 to 6 and from 2:00 to 2:45pm for grades 1st & 2nd. The cost per session is $25 for members and $50 for non-members.

Youth Weightlifting:

The YMCA a youth weightlifting program to help teach children ages 10 to 14 the proper way of lifting weights. The children use the Strive Smart Strength Equipment as well as free weights. This program runs for 8 weeks per session with a cost of $25 for members and $50 for non-members.

Youth Soccer:

The YMCA's Youth Soccer program is open to boys and girls ages 3 to 12. This is an instructional program that teaches the fundamental skills of soccer and sportsmanship values. Registration is held at the end of August with the first week of soccer begins the Saturday after Labor Day. This program runs for 8 weeks with a cost of $25 for members and $50 for non-members.

Travel Soccer:

The YMCA offers a travel soccer league for children ages 6 to 14. The teams participate in the NEPASAY soccer league. Games are played on Saturdays with times varying, and the teams also practice 2 to 3 times during the week. Registration is held in May with practices begin in August. This program is designed to help teach children ages 3 to 12 the fundamental skills of soccer. The program is held on Saturday mornings for 8 weeks. The cost is $25 for members and $50 for non-members.

Youth Basketball:

The YMCA's Youth Basketball program is open to boys and girls ages 3 to 12. This is an instructional program that is intended to teach the fundamental skills of basketball and sportsmanship values. Registration is held at the end of October and early November. This program runs for 12 weeks. Times & prices vary for the different age groups.

Sportwall Basketball:

This program is designed to help children develop their fundamental skills of basketball using our sportwall. The children work on skills, such as dribbling, passing, coordination, and speed. The program runs for 8 weeks with a cost of $25 for members and $50 for non-members.

Baseball & Softball Clinic:

The YMCA holds a baseball & softball clinic in early February for children ages 7 to 12. The children work on skills such as batting, and proper way of throwing, catching, proper way of running the bases, sliding, pitching, and more. The clinic runs for 3 weeks with a cost of $15 of members and $30 for non-members.

Kickball:

The YMCA holds kickball for children ages 3 to 6 for 4 weeks in early January. The program runs for 45 minutes and the children learn how to kick & catch a ball as well as learn the bases. The cost is $15 for members and $30 for non-members.

Tee-Ball:

This program is designed to help teach children ages 3 to 6 the basic skills of baseball. They will work on development of throwing, catching, running the bases, how to get outs, and also batting. The program starts in April and runs for 8 weeks with a cost of $25 for members and $50 for non-members. Tee-Ball is held in our gym.

Track & Field:

This YMCA program is intended to teach boys & girls ages 4 to 8th grade the basic skills of track and field. The program starts in April and runs for 8 weeks with a cost of $25 for member and $50 for non-members.




Preschool Camp:

Pre-school camp is held Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30am to 12:00pm. The camp is designed for children ages 3 to 6. Children will participate in activities such as arts and crafts, gym, swimming, and more. Lunch will be provided.

Lila Bit of Camp:

The YMCA offer a program called Lila Bit of Camp for children entering grades 1st thru 4th. The camp runs Wednesdays & Fridays from 9:30am to 12:30pm. Campers will enjoy many activities including, arts-n-crafts, swimming, playing in the gym and in the moonwalk, and also water slide. Lunch is provided each day.

Sports Camp:

The YMCA offers Sports Camp for children entering grades 1st-4th. The camp runs Wednesday & Friday from 9:30am to 12:30pm. Each week will focus on a different sport with swimming each day. Lunch is also provided each day.

Swim Camp:

The YMCA holds a swim camp during the summer for children ages 6 & up. The camp works on proper strokes, diving, and more.

Thursday Morning Soccer:

The YMCA holds a soccer program on Thursday mornings at 10:00am for ages 6 to 12 at the West Side Field. The program runs for 8 weeks in late June at a cost of $25 for members and $50 non-members.
